Bad Blogger!

I dont keep up on this - but I like to think its because I have a life, and a VERY busy one at that!
I am currently doing parade of homes everynight, helping friends find houses, taking care of Cohen, and doing TONS of photoshoots. I think I see my poor hubby an hour a night! So sad.

I do want to let you all know, I will not be accepting more photoshoots past Nov. I figure I will be 6 or 7 months along and not as mobile. And I am tired. I need to be with my family.

My Friends Engagement

So I had a blast with Eric & Nina in Grand Haven doing session of their engagements. It was an overcast day so it was perfect. A photographers dream day. I think I took around 400 shots. Obviously only picking out the good ones from that. I decided to do some vintage looking polaroids with the photos once I got them onto my laptop. Here are some...ok, a LOT of them :)

Alaskan Cruise

Hey Everyone! Once again sorry for my lack of updates. It has been a VERY busy month for vacation, real estate, photography, and just plain life in general. But I did want to share some photos from our cruise to Alaska - thanks to Aaron Grandma Wieringa. Thanks Grandma!

We took a helicopter up to a glacier - it was AMAZING!

The glaciers - they were so blue. Defintaly worth seeing! We even saw some ice chunks fall into the water.

Trashing by the Bridge

Well I did another TTD (trash the dress) this week - so much fun - I have a new location to shoot and it is pretty cool! Here are some of my favorite photos....I had a hard time picking!

Wedding Invitation

Last week I was asked to make my freind, Leah Frye's, wedding invites. She had seen this really cool idea of a postcard invite and a business card for the reply. Her photos wher dont by Dusty Brown Photography. Cute I idea for those getting married...let me know - not too expensive either!

Baby on Board!

Well things have been very crazy around my home lately. And yes I do have lots of photos to share with you all - I will try to post them this weekend.

But! On a different note! Aaron and I are expecting number two Feb '08. And I have been extremely tired and sick. Which is why I haven't don't much to keep up. Sorry!

I will do better - I hope. Hope you all had a good 4Th of July!

New Exposure

I was recently added to a website for trashing a prom dress www.LetsGetTrashed.com . The host of the website is photographer Mark Eric, who was recently on Inside Edition, Good Morning America, and The New York Times. So you can imagine my excitement to be a part of the "new trend"

I have a few more "trashings" coming up - exciting! If you want to do one yourself let me know! I would LOVE to be a part of it.

And More Cottage Fun!

Well this first photo is of Cohen - he was NOT happy about this life jacket....and I mean NOT happy....

Here is Ben - first time skiing all year, he NEVER skiis and he starts jumping the wake. I died laughing...

And then Ben did his majic on the wakeboard. So much fun to watch. Especially since his first time he ever went he bawled begging not to have to try...good thing we made him.

Wedding Dress Trashing

Well I did the trashing of my wedding dress. It was so much fun! Stephanie Teslaa did the photography, she does amazing work! She did Cohen's photos when he was one month - back a little over a year ago.

The dress I believe is savable! And I got awesome shots in the process.
